Georgia Gives Day is an initiative that has been co-created by the nonprofit sector itself. Since the inaugural year in 2012, more than 2,000 nonprofits across the state have raised a combined $5.1 million through GA Gives Day, as tens of thousands of Georgians come together each fall to build up their most cherished cause in what’s called a “flashmob of giving.”
Georgia Cancer Support needs your help! We’re focusing raising donations during several “Power Hour” times Thursday, when we would compete statewide for $1,000 prizes and $250 Golden Tickets. To qualify, donations must be a minimum of $25. We minister to and provide service through networking, researching, education, and community service. Our Volunteers, Educators, and Outreach Partners work tirelessly to make a difference in each patient’s life.
